Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging where applicable.
How to Return
- Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
- Choose the items and reason for your return.
- Print the prepaid return label provided.
- Pack the items securely and drop off at your nearest collection point.
Alternatively, you can contact us and we will arrange a collection.
Refund Timescales
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pierced jewellery
- Underwear and swimwear
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Personalised or custom-made items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
