Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
2. Choose the items and reason for your return.
3. Print the prepaid return label provided.
4. Pack the items securely and drop off at your nearest collection point.

Refund Timescales

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear, or beauty products that have been opened or used.
