Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery
Delivery within 3–5 working days. Free on orders over AED 200, otherwise AED 15.
Standard delivery is available for all addresses within the UAE. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
Express Delivery
Next working day delivery when ordered before 2pm. AED 25 per order.
Express delivery is available for mainland UAE addresses only. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
International Delivery
We deliver to selected international destinations. Delivery times and charges vary by location. You'll see the available options and costs at checkout.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timescale, please check your tracking information first. If you need further help, contact us and we'll investigate.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
